Statement of Faith
This site is dedicated to Discovering Him. Of course, the only truly significant “Him” in life is God. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins (John 3:16), and is our intercessor (Isaiah 53:12, Romans 8:34) before the throne of God. † Along with God, and Jesus Christ we believe in the Holy Spirit, we believe that we are baptized in the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11) and that he is the comforter (John 14:26), and the illuminator needed for interpretation of His Holy Scriptures (John 14:26). This is a simplistic definition for the Trinity but enlightens you to the basic premise in which this site was established. The trinity has three parts and although these parts are labeled God, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit and each has recognizable job descriptions according to the scriptures.

We believe that there are certain foundational topics in which our faith is based on and sometimes we have a tendency to overlook or forget these significant duties and responsibilities that God has written in His Holy Word. Hopefully this site will remind you of these vital duties and responsibilities. Along with this reminder, we pray that God reveals Himself to you in a personal and intimate way. We know that to glorify and magnify God we need to follow his commands because He loves us and always wants the best for us.

 

† Please read the section of accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior. This is a clear and basic pathway to becoming a child of God and clarifies the reason and purpose for Christ’s death.

From the Editor (yearly update): This site was established in January 2008. Through my involvement with this site, God has made my spiritual journey on this earth even more fruitful than I could ever imagine over the past year. I could ask for nothing better than to draw closer to my Heavenly Father. He has been faithful and my walk with Him is growing daily.
     At this time, we would like to praise and thank God for the many visitors who have visited this site. This year has been extremely fruitful. We don’t publicly advertise so God leads people to this site and we are forever grateful for His leading and guiding through the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to always glorify God.
      We ask for your prayers that these messages would minister to others hearts. We also ask for more volunteers in this ministry.
